Yes, all orders from LUCAS HUGH come gift wrapped in either our signature white and gold logo gift boxes or our signature white and black ribbon wrap during our sale.
For all UK Orders we charge £5 and we offer free returns on full price items.
For all accepted orders from the USA or EU Countries we charge £15 minimum for shipping. Customs duties and taxes are not set by us and are dictated by your local government. We do not pay local taxes and duties on your order.
For all accepted orders from all other countries including Asia, South America, Australia, New Zealand and Canada we charge £20 minimum for shipping only. Returns are not included for international orders.

- DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Orders from within the EU will not incur any customs duties or import charges.
Orders accepted from all other countries including the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada maybe subject to local authority import taxes and customs duties, which are your responsibility to pay. If these charges apply to your delivery, our shipping company, FEDEX, will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs and they will let you know the cost of the duty. Please be aware that if you choose not to pay the import charges and have the garments returned to us, we reserve the right to charge you any additional costs incurred for the garments return, including return shipping charges and customs handling fees. As duties and taxes vary from country to country and is dictated by your local government, we are unable to provide you with an estimated cost.
- HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY?
For UK Orders received before 1pm Monday – Friday we aim to deliver to you using Interlink Express
next working day service. If for any reason there has been a delay of more than two working days for your delivery, we will email you to let you know.
For accepted orders from outside the UK, we aim to deliver within 5 working days through FEDEX
's Express Delivery Service. However for countries outside the EU, please allow extra time for customs as this can delay the delivery process where customs duties and taxes apply.
To avoid disappointment please ensure you allow enough time for your order to reach you.
- DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR DELIVERY?
Yes, Interlink Express and FEDEX require signatures on all deliveries.
- CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?
If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible, at email@example.com
. Once an order has been confirmed and shipped it is not possible to have it redirected to an alternative address.
