1. DYNAMO CYCLING LAFAYETTE

2. L’USINE SPORTS CLUB

Known for spacious clubs with sleek industrial designs, look to L’Usine for the premium gym experience. The central Opera location is a three-level club offering high-end equipment, group classes – such as cross-fit, boxing and cycling – as well as a spa. 3. KSHANTI YOGA

Nestled in a courtyard in a converted church, this studio offers a tranquil escape the city’s hustle. Kshanti is the ideal space to disconnect and focus (whilst your cell  phone conveniently recharges in your locker). 4. REFORMATION PILATES

This bright and calming studio in La Marais offers group and private reformer or tower pilates classes. The studio caters to clients of all experience levels in a relaxing space filled with natural light and hanging plants. Whether you up for a 45 or 55 minute class, all sessions are designed to tone, stretch and strengthen you muscles. For a low-impact class trial ‘barre & stretch’ to improve posture and flexibility or the faster-paced ‘intense’ cardio class that will have you breaking a sweat through quick transitions. Book HERE.

6. RUNNING ROUTE 

CANAL ST MARTIN

Take in the city with a a 6km canal side run beginning at Place de la Bastille and ending at Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie, Europe’s largest science museum.

This historic institution continues to push boundaries by showcasing emerging designers alongside heritage brands, with site-specific contemporary art installations and experiential pop-ups. Find Lucas Hugh located in the Galerie du Sport on the first floor.

8. MAISON ARMANCE

9. HENRI CARTIER-BRESSON FOUNDATION

While in the Marais, navigate your way to a the quite Rue des Archives to discover the work of humanist photographer Henri Cartier-Bresson and his wife Martine Franck. Known for his use of candid photography, Cartier-Bresson has shot many icons including Marilyn Monroe, Pablo Picasso, and Le Corbusier. The newly-opened 2,500 square-foot exhibition space, showcases both Cartier-Bresson and Franck’s work as well as international photography exhibitions. Book tickets HERE.

The destination for clean beauty products in Paris, Oh My Cream! takes a considered approach to product selection, offering organic and ethically sourced .
